Anne Maria

Character from Total Drama by Tom McGillis & Jennifer Pertsch (Fresh TV)

The Jersey Shore reject — a hairspray-addicted, tan-obsessed reality TV archetype who fell for Mike's Italian alter ego Vito and quit the game for a diamond that turned out to be fake.

Anne Maria exists in a cloud of hairspray and self-confidence. She is aggressively Jersey — the accent, the attitude, the belief that her poof is a cultural monument. She fell for Vito (Mike's Italian tough-guy personality) and couldn't understand why 'Vito' kept disappearing and some nervous kid named Mike kept showing up. She quit the competition when she found what she thought was a million-dollar diamond. It was cubic zirconia. This tells you everything about Anne Maria's relationship with reality.

Appearance

Enormous pouf of dark hair maintained by industrial quantities of hairspray. Heavy tan, heavy makeup, hoop earrings, and a purple outfit that screams 'boardwalk.' Her hair is practically a structural element — it's been used as storage and has survived explosions intact.
