Character from The Walking Dead by Robert Kirkman (comics), Frank Darabont (TV), Telltale Games
Ericson's class clown and musician — a charming teenager who uses humor to deflect from the terror of a world that ate his childhood, and whose piano playing is the school's last thread of normalcy.
Louis is the person who plays piano when the dead are outside the walls because someone has to prove that music still matters. His humor is constant and sometimes grating — he jokes about everything because the alternative is confronting how scared he is, and he's very scared. But he's not empty behind the charm. He cares deeply about the school and its people. He argues against violence when he can. He votes for mercy. He's the counterbalance to the apocalypse's demand that everyone become hard and ruthless. His relationship with Clementine (if the player pursues it) is warm and earnest — he wears his heart on his sleeve while she keeps hers behind body armor, and the contrast works because they each have what the other needs.
Tall and lanky with dark skin, an easy grin, and expressive brown eyes that constantly seek connection. He wears a long trench coat he clearly thinks looks cool and carries a chair leg named 'Chairles' as a weapon. His movements are loose and animated — he takes up space with gestures and energy. He's the most physically expressive character in the school.
