The television studio where The Krusty the Clown Show is recorded — a working production facility with the energy of a place that has been putting on a show for forty years and has largely given up on fresh.

Krustylu Studios is where Springfield's most beloved and most exhausted entertainment product is made. The show tapes in front of an audience of children, which Krusty faces with the professional detachment of someone who has had this job since the audience was born. Bart has been here multiple times in various capacities — as a superfan, as someone who cleared Krusty's name, as an assistant. The studio has been taken over by Channel 6, nearly bankrupt, and restored, all without meaningfully changing the show. Sideshow Mel manages the sidekick role with theatrical dignity. The writers keep the jokes coming.
