Peridea exists beyond the edge of the known galaxy, reachable only by purrgil migration paths or the ancient Nightsister star map. The planet is dead or dying — its surface is arid grey stone stretching to every horizon, broken only by the monumental ruins of Nightsister civilization. Great statues of cowled figures stand sentinel over empty plazas. The fortresses are built to inhuman scale, their architecture angular and unsettling. Thrawn established his base of operations here after being stranded, using the remnants of his Star Destroyer crew and local Nightsister allies. Ezra Bridger survived alone in the wastes, befriending the nomadic Noti people. The place radiates wrongness — the Force here is different, tinged with ancient dark magick that predates the Sith.
A desolate world of grey rock, dried riverbeds, and towering Nightsister fortress ruins. The sky is strange — unfamiliar star patterns and an oppressive emptiness. Massive statues of robed figures line processional avenues leading to crumbling temples.
