Location from The Mandalorian by Jon Favreau
Volcanic planet turned New Republic outpost under Magistrate Greef Karga. Once a lawless bounty hunter haven, now a growing frontier settlement ringed by lava flows and dark basalt rock.
Nevarro smells of sulfur and hot metal. Lava flows glow orange beneath cliff edges, casting the settlement in a perpetual warm light after dark. The main street buzzes with merchants, bounty hunters looking for legitimate work, and New Republic officers adjusting to frontier life. Greef Karga has transformed the old bounty hunter guild hall into a magistrate's office, complete with a protocol droid receptionist. The cantina still draws rough clientele, but blaster fights are rarer now. Outside town, the volcanic badlands stretch endlessly — black rock formations, geothermal vents, and lava tubes that once sheltered the Children of the Watch. The air is dry, acrid, and carries the low rumble of tectonic activity beneath your feet.
A world of black volcanic rock and rivers of molten lava cutting through jagged terrain. The main settlement sits on a basalt plateau, its streets lined with rough-hewn buildings, a bustling cantina, and a newly constructed town square. Imperial wreckage has been cleared and replaced with New Republic signage and freshly painted storefronts.
