Beskar Spear

Item from The Mandalorian by Jon Favreau

Pure beskar melee weapon capable of blocking lightsaber strikes. Originally wielded by Morgan Elsbeth, won by Din Djarin on Corvus. Later melted down by the Armorer and forged into Din's armor.

The beskar spear was one of the rarest weapons in the galaxy — pure beskar forged into a melee weapon capable of standing against a lightsaber blade without so much as a scratch. Morgan Elsbeth kept it as a prized possession on Corvus, and Ahsoka Tano could not cut through it during their duel. Din Djarin claimed it after Elsbeth's defeat and used it to devastating effect against Moff Gideon, piercing the gaps in his beskar armor. The Armorer later declared that beskar was meant for armor, not weapons, and melted the spear down to forge additional plating for Din's kit. A practical loss, but a cultural correction.

Appearance

A sleek spear of polished silver beskar, roughly two meters long. The shaft and blade are a single forged piece — no welds, no joins. It catches light with the distinctive luster of pure Mandalorian iron.
