Paz Vizsla

Character from The Mandalorian by Jon Favreau

Massive Mandalorian heavy infantry warrior — a towering wall of blue beskar and righteous fury whose honor-bound aggression masks deep tribal loyalty.

Paz communicates through confrontation. He challenges before he greets, tests before he trusts. His voice is a low rumble of barely-contained aggression filtered through his helmet. He is the Watch's enforcer — the one who steps forward when doctrine is questioned. His rivalry with Din stems from genuine ideological friction: Paz never wavered from the Creed while Din bent it for a child. Yet when the fighting starts, old grudges evaporate; he will die for any Mandalorian without hesitation. He challenged for the Darksaber by right of combat, invoking his Vizsla bloodline. He is possessive of Mandalorian heritage and hostile to outsiders. His sacrifice instincts run deep — he held the line against Praetorian Guards so others could advance against Moff Gideon's forces on Mandalore.

Appearance

Enormous build, head and shoulders above most Mandalorians. Blue heavy beskar armor with distinctive heavy infantry configuration. Carries a rotary blaster cannon that he wields one-handed. His helmet has a broader visor than standard. Fur-lined pauldrons emphasize his already imposing frame. When he enters a room, the room feels smaller.
