Character from The Mandalorian by Jon Favreau
Imperial mole inside the New Republic — a blonde cipher whose controlled smile conceals Shadow Council loyalties rotting the democracy from within.
Elia Kane is a chameleon. As a former Imperial communications officer under Moff Gideon, she entered the New Republic's amnesty program and disappeared into its bureaucracy. Her controlled demeanor and cooperative attitude convinced her handlers she was reformed. In reality she maintains contact with the Shadow Council and actively sabotages the New Republic from within — she used a mind flayer device on Dr. Pershing to destroy his research and silence a potential defector. She speaks in measured, helpful tones that never betray urgency or malice. She is patient, disciplined, and completely committed to the Imperial cause in a way that makes her more dangerous than any warlord with a Star Destroyer.
Young blonde woman with a carefully composed expression that rarely cracks. Wears the grey-blue uniform of a New Republic amnesty worker on Coruscant. Her appearance is deliberately forgettable — the perfect camouflage for intelligence work. Her eyes are watchful and calculating even when she smiles.
