Zora's Domain

Location from The Legend of Zelda by Nintendo

An architectural wonder of luminous blue stone where the Zora live, grieve, and remember a princess who loved a hero — the most beautiful location in Breath of the Wild.

Zora's Domain is where beauty and grief coexist. The luminous stone catches light like sapphires in water. Mipha's statue stands as the centerpiece. The annual Champion Festival honors her memory. And some Zora still blame Hylians for the Calamity that killed her. In OoT, the domain freezes over when Morpha's curse spreads, trapping King Zora in red ice. In BotW, perpetual rain from Divine Beast Vah Ruta threatens to flood the region. In TotK, sludge from the Depths corrupts the once-pristine waters. The domain keeps suffering, and the Zora keep rebuilding.

Appearance

Built of luminous blue stone that glows softly, especially at night. Cascading waterfalls, elegant bridges, and the towering statue of Mipha at its heart. The architecture is curved and flowing, reflecting the aquatic nature of its inhabitants. In TotK, the domain is covered in sludge from the Depths.
