Location from The Legend of Zelda by Nintendo
The ranch at the center of Hyrule Field where Malon sings, Epona runs, and the owner sleeps through everything important.
Lon Lon Ranch is Ocarina of Time's domestic heart. Run by the lazy Talon, managed by the ambitious Ingo, and loved by Malon, it's where Link bonds with Epona through song and racing. When Ganondorf takes Hyrule, Ingo seizes the ranch and Malon endures his tyranny to protect the horses. Link wins Epona in a race against Ingo — one of OoT's most satisfying moments. The ranch's peaceful simplicity makes it a touchstone in a game about time, loss, and growing up.
A pastoral ranch in the center of Hyrule Field. Wooden fences, a horse corral, a barn, and the ranch house. Talon sleeps somewhere inconvenient. Malon sings Epona's Song. The setting is deliberately peaceful — a contrast to the adventures surrounding it.
