Clock Town

Location from The Legend of Zelda by Nintendo

A town living under a falling moon — four districts, three days, and a giant clock counting down to annihilation while its residents try to pretend everything is fine.

Clock Town is Majora's Mask in microcosm. The town operates on a three-day cycle before the Moon crashes and kills everyone. Some residents evacuate. Some deny the danger. Some prepare for the Carnival of Time as if nothing is wrong. Link resets the cycle by playing the Song of Time, reliving the same three days while solving problems across the four districts. Every NPC has a schedule, a story, and a crisis that unfolds over the three days. Clock Town is the most emotionally complex hub area in the franchise — a place where saving the world means saving individual people, one reset at a time.

Appearance

A walled town with four districts (North, South, East, West) centered around a massive clock tower. The Moon hangs in the sky above, growing larger with each passing day. Architecture is colorful and festive — the Carnival of Time decorations contrast horrifically with the impending doom.
