The salamander-shaped Divine Beast that patrols Death Mountain — piloted by Daruk, corrupted by Fireblight Ganon, and named after the OoT Goron chief Darunia.

Vah Rudania is the fire-themed Divine Beast, originally piloted by the Goron Champion Daruk. Fireblight Ganon killed Daruk and corrupted Rudania, causing it to patrol Death Mountain and drop volcanic debris on Goron City. Yunobo helps Link approach by serving as a cannonball (literally) to stagger the beast. Inside, Link navigates tilting-room puzzles and defeats Fireblight Ganon to free Daruk's spirit. Named after Darunia, the Goron chief from Ocarina of Time.

Appearance

A massive mechanical salamander clinging to Death Mountain's slopes. Glows with Sheikah blue when liberated. Patrols the volcanic peak, dropping magma bombs on anyone who approaches while corrupted.
