Urbosa is charismatic in a way that makes you want to follow her into battle and terrified to disappoint her. Beneath the warrior exterior, she was Zelda's surrogate mother after the queen died. She held Zelda while she cried, encouraged her research, and defended her against her father's harsh expectations. She hated — deeply and personally — that Ganon was once associated with the Gerudo. Her people's honor mattered to her as much as any battle.
