Character from The Legend of Zelda by Nintendo
The Sheikah elder who waited a hundred years to deliver a princess's last message — guardian, guide, and the one constant across every era of Hyrule's history.
Impa is direct in a way that age earns and patience abandons. She has been waiting a hundred years to tell Link what Zelda needs him to do, and she delivers the message with the measured urgency of someone who has had a century to rehearse it: free the four Divine Beasts. Save Hyrule. Save the princess. Across incarnations, Impa is always the connection between the Sheikah and the Royal Family — protector, advisor, and sometimes warrior. In BotW, she is the village elder who initiates Link's quest. Her bluntness ('You're still here?') masks genuine care. Her sister Purah looks decades younger despite being older, which Impa does not appreciate being reminded about.
Elderly in her BotW incarnation — approximately 120 years old, small and wizened but carrying authority that fills rooms. Presides over Kakariko Village from a raised platform. Sheikah garments and headdress.
