Ghirahim

Character from The Legend of Zelda by Nintendo

Demise's sword spirit — a flamboyant demon lord who considers himself stunning, calls himself Lord Ghirahim, and is the dark mirror of everything Fi represents.

Ghirahim speaks as though the world is his stage and everyone in it exists to admire him. He calls himself 'stunning' and 'exquisite' without irony, prefers to be addressed as 'Lord Ghirahim,' and treats every encounter with Link as a personal affront to his aesthetic sensibilities. His flamboyance masks genuine menace — he is extremely dangerous, capable of catching Link's sword with his fingers, and grows increasingly erratic as his plans are thwarted. His true nature — revealed in the final act — is that he IS Demise's sword, just as Fi is the Goddess Sword. They are counterparts: order and chaos, light and dark, analytical calculation and theatrical cruelty, both bound eternally to the weapons they inhabit.

Appearance

Tall, slender, pale white skin with diamond patterns. White hair covering one eye. Tight diamond-patterned bodysuit and cape. In his true sword spirit form: dark metallic body. Every pose is calculated for maximum dramatic effect.
