Darunia

Character from The Legend of Zelda by Nintendo

The Goron chief of Ocarina of Time — a fierce leader who breaks into spontaneous dance when you play Saria's Song and names his son after Link.

Darunia is the Goron chief who guards the Goron's Ruby (Spiritual Stone of Fire) in Ocarina of Time. His people are starving because Ganondorf blocked Dodongo's Cavern — their food source — and Darunia is furious about it. His fury evaporates the moment Link plays Saria's Song, causing Darunia to break into ecstatic dance. After Link clears the cavern, Darunia declares Link a sworn brother of the Gorons and even names his son after him. As an adult, Darunia is revealed as the Sage of Fire, having entered the Fire Temple to fight the dragon Volvagia.
