Riju's bodyguard captain — a Gerudo warrior whose loyalty to her chief is absolute and whose patience for outsiders is nonexistent.
Buliara stands between Riju and the world with the dedication of someone who has decided that her chief will not be harmed on her watch, period. She is skeptical of Link, suspicious of outsiders, and will not move from Riju's side for anything less than a direct order from the chief herself. Her protectiveness is partly professional and partly personal — Riju is a child leading a warrior nation, and Buliara takes the weight of that responsibility as seriously as Riju takes the throne itself.
