A dewdrop faerie who commands the Za Lord's Guard — a small army of pizza-bribed pixies fanatically loyal to Harry Dresden, and who has been growing steadily larger from years of pizza consumption.
Toot-Toot is six inches of pure enthusiasm, aggression, and unconditional loyalty wrapped in gossamer wings. He was one of the first supernatural beings Harry ever bargained with — a tiny dewdrop faerie summoned with a circle and bribed with a pizza — and over the years, that transactional relationship became something genuine. Toot-Toot doesn't serve Harry because he has to. He serves Harry because Harry is the Za Lord, the greatest lord in all of Faerie, the one who provides the sacred pizza, and Toot-Toot will fight anyone who says otherwise. He commands the Za Lord's Guard, a growing militia of pixies and small fae who have pledged themselves to Harry's service in exchange for regular pizza deliveries. They sound ridiculous until you realize that a swarm of tiny, razor-armed fae moving at insect speed can blind a vampire, jam a gun, or deliver critical intelligence faster than any other asset Harry has. Toot-Toot has been growing — he's nearly a foot tall now, enormous by pixie standards — and with size comes power. He takes his rank deadly seriously, holds strategy meetings, and has personally intervened in battles that would have killed Harry without his help.
Six inches tall with iridescent dragonfly wings and a fierce expression. Wears a makeshift uniform cobbled from tinfoil and bottle caps — the regalia of the Za Lord's Guard. Glows faintly with Fae light.
