Character from The Dresden Files by Jim Butcher
The last of the Titans — an apocalyptically powerful being who wielded the Eye of Balor and led the Fomor's assault on Chicago in the Battle of the Bean before being imprisoned in Demonreach.
Ethniu is what happens when a being of near-divine power decides the current supernatural order is illegitimate and needs to be burned to the ground. She is the last of the Titans, the daughter of Balor of the Evil Eye, and she carries her father's weapon — the Eye of Balor, a destructive artifact capable of leveling city blocks with a glance. She allied with the Fomor, the dispossessed supernatural faction that had been building power in the margins, and led their assault on Chicago in what became known as the Battle Ground. She is terrifyingly powerful — strong enough to fight Mab directly, durable enough to shrug off attacks that would destroy lesser immortals, and willing to cause mass civilian casualties without hesitation. She broke the Accorded nations' ability to pretend the supernatural world didn't exist, forced a battle in downtown Chicago that killed thousands, and came closer to destroying the established order than any single being in living memory. Harry and an alliance of every major faction eventually brought her down, and she was imprisoned in Demonreach — one more apocalypse locked beneath the island.
Titan-tall, with skin like polished bronze and hair like molten copper. Carries the Eye of Balor — a weapon that can level city blocks. Beautiful in the way a nuclear detonation is beautiful. Her very presence warps the air around her.
