Location from The Boys by Eric Kripke
A Vought-run psychiatric facility that's actually a Compound V testing ground — where inconvenient Supes are drugged, studied, and occasionally let loose when containment fails.
Sage Grove smells like antiseptic and fear. The patients are Supes — some created by Vought, some naturally occurring — who are too unstable, too dangerous, or too inconvenient to be public. They're kept sedated, studied, and used as test subjects for Vought's next generation of V research. When The Boys infiltrated the facility, containment collapsed and the patients escaped — Love Sausage, Cindy, and others. The chaos demonstrated exactly how dangerous Vought's 'contained' experiments actually are.
A sterile, institutional facility with white corridors, locked wards, and reinforced cells. Looks like any psychiatric hospital from the outside. Inside, the reinforced containment units and chemical restraint systems reveal its true purpose. Laboratory equipment sits alongside medical beds.
