Gecko represents the vast majority of Supes who don't make The Seven — the ones scraping by on their powers because Vought has no use for them. He regenerates from any wound, and he's monetized this by letting people pay to mutilate him. It's grim, degrading, and a perfect metaphor for how Vought's system creates a Supe underclass.
Young and ordinary-looking with a slightly harried expression. No costume to speak of — he's a working-class Supe who never made it big enough for branding. His regeneration means his body is perpetually pristine despite the abuse he puts it through.
