Blindspot's entire existence in the show is a single, devastating scene. He's talented, optimistic, exactly the kind of diverse hero Vought's PR wants. Ashley was championing him. He walked into the audition room, and Homelander slammed his palms over Blindspot's ears, destroying his hearing — his only way of navigating the world. 'I decide who's in The Seven. Not you.' That's the scene. That's the character's entire arc. It's one of the show's most casually cruel moments.
