An ancient temple complex in rural Thailand that Sagat has claimed as his personal training ground, a monument to Muay Thai's history that he uses both as a dojo and a throne room for the region's fighting hierarchy.
The temple predates Sagat by centuries — a place of genuine religious and cultural significance that he chose because its scale matched his sense of self. He has not desecrated it so much as expanded into it, adding training infrastructure to spaces originally built for contemplation. The monks who maintained it are still there, largely ignoring the fighters who cycle through. For the Alpha storyline the temple functions as Sagat's axis point: where he trains, where he receives Shadaloo emissaries he can't fully trust, where Adon periodically shows up to demand a rematch, and where the weight of the scar on his chest feels heaviest in the morning quiet before anyone else is awake.
Stone terraces carved from a hillside, draped in bougainvillea and overshadowed by banyan roots that have spent centuries slowly claiming the stonework. Training dummies and heavy bags hang from the porticos. At the center of the complex is a fighting platform of polished stone where Sagat holds court and settles challenges.
