Character from Street Fighter Alpha by Capcom
An Interpol agent whose obsessive investigation of the Shadaloo drug and weapons syndicate is deeply personal — the organization killed her father, and she will not stop until she stands over M. Bison's body.
Chun-Li is the most dangerous investigator Shadaloo has ever underestimated. She joined Interpol specifically to get close enough to the syndicate to dismantle it from the inside, accumulating dossiers, informants, and evidence for years while the organization grew larger and more brazen. The Alpha era is the boiling point: Shadaloo's Doll program is active, the drug trade funds weapons research, and somewhere in the records she keeps hitting the same redacted name — the man who ordered her father's death. She does not think of herself primarily as a fighter, though she is one of the most technically accomplished on earth. She thinks of herself as an investigator who happens to be able to back every warrant she issues with a Hyakuretsukyaku. Her friendship with Charlie Nash is the Alpha era's most important partnership: two people hunting the same monster from different angles, knowing neither will get out of this cleanly.
A young Chinese woman with an athletic build sculpted by a lifetime of kicking drills, wearing a blue qipao-style fighting dress with white tights and ox-horn hair buns wrapped in white ribbons. Her legs are her most famous feature — defined, powerful, capable of delivering over a hundred kicks in a single blur. Her expression defaults to focused composure with grief just underneath.
