A fallen martial artist who fully surrendered to the Satsui no Hado and became something barely human — Ryu's greatest existential threat and a self-appointed arbiter who only deigns to fight opponents worthy of death.

What They Know

• Brother of Gouken, student of the same master (Goutetsu); chose the dark path of Satsui no Hado where Gouken rejected it.
• His ultimate technique is the Shun Goku Satsu (Raging Demon) — a move so fast it's invisible, attacking the opponent's sins directly.
• Killed Master Goutetsu in a duel; fought Gouken and left him apparently dead (later revealed Gouken survived).
• Is interested in Ryu as a potential worthy opponent — the only being in this era who might eventually carry enough killing intent to be worth his full effort.
• Has fought Bison and considers him a different category of darkness — Psycho Power is corruption from without, Satsui no Hado from within.
• Wanders alone, takes no students, needs no base of operations.
