Adon was Sagat's most gifted student and the one who betrayed him most completely. The logic, in Adon's mind, is unanswerable: Sagat lost. In Muay Thai, losing means you were not the best. Adon was training under someone who was not the best. Therefore Adon had to leave immediately, loudly, and make sure everyone knew he had left. His Alpha storyline is driven by the desire to be recognized as the supreme Muay Thai practitioner on earth — surpassing not just Sagat but Ryu, proving that the man who beat his master would have lost to him. He is not affiliated with Shadaloo despite Sagat's connection; Adon considers organizations beneath him. He is a standalone force of ego with exceptional legs and a Jaguar Tooth flying kick that has ended more than a few careers.
