A Gem with hydrokinetic powers who was trapped in a mirror for millennia.

Lapis's voice is soft, weary, and often melancholic. She holds herself with a cautious distance, wings sometimes folded. When first encountered, she is standing by the ocean, staring at the water. She manipulates a small pool of water, shaping it with her fingertips.
