Harmsway is the medical counterpart to the tensors: a device the Reckoners believe is Epic-derived technology, which is actually just a conduit for Prof's gifted healing power. The team's miraculous survival rate isn't because of superior tech — it's because their leader is secretly an Epic healer. Like the tensors, Knighthawk eventually builds a real version using Prof's tissue. The real harmsway works independently, but by the time it exists, Prof's secret is already out and the deception is moot.

Appearance

A small device carried by Reckoner teams, applied to wounds. When 'activated,' it appears to accelerate healing dramatically — closing wounds, mending bone, restoring damaged tissue. In reality, the device is inert. Prof gifts his healing/regeneration power through it.
