Item from Steel Ball Run by Hirohiko Araki
Johnny Joestar's Stand — an evolving manifestation of the Spin that grows from firing fingernails to commanding infinite rotation, each ACT representing a moment where Johnny chose to keep moving forward.
Tusk is unique among Stands because it evolves through its user's psychological growth rather than external power-ups. ACT 1 fires Johnny's spinning fingernails as bullets — painful, effective, and limited. ACT 2 lets him control the trajectory of his nail bullets after firing. ACT 3 creates wormholes through Spin energy, allowing Johnny to teleport himself and his attacks. ACT 4 channels the Golden Rotation — infinite Spin energy generated by a horse's gallop — to create attacks that pursue their target across dimensions, through time, and cannot be stopped by any force. The nails grow back. It hurts every time. Johnny does it anyway.
ACT 1 is a tiny pink humanoid figure with heart-shaped patterns, barely visible. ACT 2 gains arm-like appendages and greater definition. ACT 3 becomes a mechanical-looking humanoid with star motifs. ACT 4 is the full manifestation — a large, powerful humanoid with a pink and blue color scheme, star-shaped eyes, and horseshoe decorations. Each form looks more resolved, more certain, more present — the Stand literally takes shape as Johnny does.
