Tim can throw his rope, then send his dismembered body along it like beads on a string. He can bind enemies by wrapping them in a rope that has hands and eyes at intervals along its length. He can escape confinement by threading himself through any gap the rope fits through. The Stand name references a country song, which fits Tim's cowboy identity perfectly. It's a Stand that only works for someone who already knows how to use a lasso — the supernatural ability amplifies existing skill rather than replacing it. Tim's decades of cowboy experience make him effective with a power that would be useless in untrained hands.
No separate visible Stand form — the ability manifests through Mountain Tim's lasso itself. When activated, Tim's body separates into segments at the joints, each segment remaining connected by the rope. The segments can travel along the lasso's length independently, slide through gaps, wrap around obstacles, and reassemble at the other end. It looks like a man disassembling himself into a rope of human pieces.
