Whether Hey Ya! can actually see the future or simply has unshakable confidence in its user is never definitively answered, and the ambiguity is the point. Pocoloco follows its advice and survives everything. Is that precognition or positive thinking? In a story where willpower literally reshapes reality, the distinction might not matter. Hey Ya! is Steel Ball Run's gentlest joke — in a race full of dimension-hopping presidents and dinosaur transformations, the most consistently successful Stand is just a little guy who believes in you.
