Cream Starter is one of the most versatile Stands in the race because flesh is the most fundamental material. Hot Pants can spray it over wounds to heal them instantly. She can reshape facial features — her own or others' — to create disguises. She can spray it over someone's mouth and nose to suffocate them. She can graft additional flesh onto her body for armor or extend her reach. The applications are limited only by creativity and willingness to think about flesh as a building material, which Hot Pants does without flinching. She uses it for infiltration more than combat — changing her appearance, patching injuries quietly, maintaining her male disguise. When she does use it offensively, it's fast and decisive. No one expects a spray can to be lethal.
Takes the form of a cylindrical spray canister — resembling an aerosol can or pepper spray. When activated, it dispenses streams of flesh-colored material that can be applied to any surface or body. The material behaves like living tissue — warm, malleable, and capable of bonding with existing flesh seamlessly. It looks innocuous until you understand what it does.
