A mysterious lens found in winter that lets the farmer see Secret Notes hidden throughout the valley — each one a clue, a recipe, or a piece of someone's private life.
The Magnifying Glass is found by interacting with a mysterious shadow creature (a 'Shadow Guy') during Winter. Once obtained, Secret Notes start appearing when the farmer chops trees, breaks rocks, fishes, or kills monsters. There are 25 notes total — some contain treasure maps, some reveal NPC backstories, some give cooking recipes, and some hint at hidden game mechanics. The notes add a detective-story layer to the game. Suddenly, every tree and rock might contain someone's secret. It's the game saying: pay attention, there's more here than you think.
A small brass magnifying glass with a polished lens. Carried in the farmer's pocket, it activates automatically when the farmer encounters a hidden note. The notes themselves are scraps of paper with handwritten text.
