Vincent is one of Pelican Town's two children, along with Jas. He's energetic, imaginative, and too young to fully understand why his dad was gone or why he came back acting strange. Penny tutors him at the library, and he looks up to Sam with uncomplicated adoration. His innocence is one of the game's most protected things — the valley shields him from its heavier truths.
