Clint is the town blacksmith — he upgrades tools, processes geodes, and works the forge with genuine skill. Professionally, he's competent and reliable. Socially, he's a disaster. His crush on Emily is painfully obvious to everyone except Emily, and he lacks the confidence to do anything about it. His attempts at romantic gestures land somewhere between awkward and cringe-worthy. He's not a bad person — he's a lonely, socially stunted man who pours his feelings into metalwork because people are harder to shape than iron.
