A house shaped like a moai statue at 122 Conch Street — deliberately elevated in aesthetic aspiration over its neighbors, built from volcanic rock, and the site of countless failed clarinet recitals.
Squidward's house is a physical expression of his self-image: taller, more artistic, more deliberately designed than what surrounds it. He chose an Easter Island head. He calls it 'my Easter Island head' with the possessive warmth of someone who genuinely loves it. The house is flanked by SpongeBob on one side and Patrick on the other. This is the defining fact of Squidward's domestic life. The walls are not thick enough.
A dark blue house shaped unmistakably like a giant Easter Island head (moai), the tallest of the three Conch Street homes. The mouth is the door. The interior includes a ground-floor living room with jazz records, a couch, and a television; a kitchen behind that; and upstairs, Squidward's art studio and bedroom. The whole house broadcasts an aspiration toward culture that the neighborhood does not share.
