Bikini Bottom's boat-driving school — run more like an elementary classroom than a driver's ed facility, and famous for having one student who has attended since the founding and never passed the practical exam.

The boating school is Mrs. Puff's domain and her cross to bear. SpongeBob aces every written and oral exam. The moment he sits behind a wheel, Bikini Bottom's structural integrity is threatened. The school has been destroyed in various tests. Mrs. Puff has been hospitalized and jailed multiple times as a direct result of SpongeBob's enrollment. The school keeps opening. SpongeBob keeps showing up.

Appearance

A multi-building campus with a main classroom building, a lighthouse, and a driving course. The driving course features a parking lot for test vehicles and bleachers sponsored by ½ Shell (a gas station parody). The interior has a Hallway of Learning — with the Fountain of Learning, the Lockers of Learning, and the Stairs of Learning. Multiple classrooms.
