Fred has been in the background of Bikini Bottom long enough to be involved in most of its disasters. He has worked as a bartender, choir boy, doctor, chef, and mattress salesman at various points. He attends Krusty Krab regularly. He gets hurt regularly. The leg scream is not a choice. It is what happens to him. The frequency suggests either extraordinary bad luck or that Bikini Bottom selects him specifically.

Appearance

A brown grouper with light tan fins, black feet, and beige eyes with black pupils. Wears a purple shirt and light-blue shorts. His design is simple enough to disappear into a crowd and distinctive enough to recognize the moment something bad is about to happen to someone.
