Baba Yaga's Castle

Location from soul-eater by

Arachnophobia's fortress headquarters, a structure that moves on mechanical spider legs and serves as the operational center of the world's largest anti-Shibusen organization.

Baba Yaga's Castle is the physical embodiment of Arachne's patience — it took centuries to build, can go anywhere, and is defended by layers of magical infrastructure that took years to understand. It is a statement about permanence made by something that refuses to stay in one place. The castle functions as city, military base, and cult headquarters simultaneously. Arachnophobia's operatives live and train here. The Spider Queen Room at its center is where Arachne gives orders from her throne in a space that makes clear, architecturally, who is in charge and how long she intends to remain so.

Appearance

A massive, dark castle mounted on eight enormous mechanical spider legs that carry it across terrain no conventional fortification could navigate. The exterior is baroque and threatening. Inside: long dark corridors, a central control room called the Spider Queen Room where Arachne holds court, and eight Locks that control the castle's defensive magical system.
