The government organization that manages all hunters and Gates in South Korea — licensing, raid coordination, and the first line of defense when things go wrong.
The Korean Hunter Association is the government body responsible for managing every aspect of the hunter system in South Korea. They issue hunter licenses, assign gate raid permits, measure and rank hunters, and coordinate emergency responses when gates break (monsters emerging before a gate is cleared). The Association building in Seoul is a fortress of bureaucracy and combat readiness — offices full of paperwork next to armories and briefing rooms. Chairman Go Gunhee runs it with an iron hand and a genuine concern for hunter welfare.
