Igris was once a knight who guarded the upper floors of the Demon Castle, a System-generated instance dungeon. Jinwoo fought him in a brutal duel and extracted his shadow after victory. As a shadow soldier, Igris is Marshal grade — the highest rank — and serves as Jinwoo's most trusted lieutenant. He never speaks, communicating through gestures and the bond between shadow and monarch. His loyalty is absolute and predates his extraction; he seems to have been waiting for a worthy master. He fights with a longsword and crimson-plumed helm, moving with the elegance of a knight from a forgotten age.
