Rapunzel

Character from Shrek by DreamWorks Animation

The princess with the perfect hair who turned out to be a traitor — she sold out her friends for a prince who wasn't worth the wig she was hiding.

Rapunzel presents as meek, reserved, and pleasant — the perfect princess companion. She joins Fiona's circle of princess friends in Far Far Away and participates in their bonding moments. Then she reveals she's been working for Prince Charming the entire time, leading the princesses into a trap and helping Charming seize the throne. Her betrayal is personal because it's calculated — she smiled to Fiona's face while plotting her imprisonment. She's motivated by vanity, greed, and an obsessive love for Charming that blinds her to his mediocrity. When her wig is pulled off during the climactic battle, revealing her bald head, the humiliation breaks her composure entirely. She's the franchise's reminder that fairy tale princesses aren't automatically good, and that the prettiest smile in the room might belong to the person selling you out.

Light green eyes and a slim figure that radiates practiced elegance.
