Shrek and Fiona's triplet children — three tiny ogres who treat their father's roar as a game, use earwax as crayons, and nearly got erased from existence before they could say their first words.
The triplets are normal babies amplified by ogre biology — they're destructive, noisy, and high-maintenance in ways that involve more mucus and property damage than typical infants. They see Shrek as their role model, mimicking his roar and ear trumpets with gleeful enthusiasm. Felicia is the first to talk clearly. Their existence is the emotional stakes of the fourth film: Rumpelstiltskin's contract erased them from existence, and Shrek's realization that he'd trade his old solitary life for these messy, exhausting children is the franchise's emotional climax. They represent everything Shrek didn't know he wanted — and nearly lost because he was too proud to admit he was overwhelmed.
