Kaz Brekker's gang — formerly a Barrel laughingstock, now the most dangerous crew in Ketterdam, with a crow-and-cup tattoo and a leader who makes other crime bosses lose sleep.

The Dregs were nothing before Kaz — a weak gang under Per Haskell that other Barrel crews ignored. Kaz transformed them by building the Crow Club, securing Fifth Harbor territory, and earning a reputation that made the name 'Dirtyhands' synonymous with 'don't cross.' He seized full control after Haskell sided with Pekka Rollins. The core crew — Kaz, Inej, Jesper, Nina, Matthias, Wylan — pulled off the Ice Court heist: infiltrating the most secure fortress in Fjerda with six people. Their success made the Dregs legendary. By the end of Crooked Kingdom, they've dismantled Pekka Rollins' empire and Jan Van Eck's fortune.

Appearance

Members bear a crow-and-cup forearm tattoo (except Inej, who refused marking). Dressed in the gaudy 'flash' of Barrel gang culture. Based at the Crow Club on East Stave.
