Kenneth Phelps' church — a house of worship built in 1703 directly over the temple entrance, where Sunday sermons sit atop demon-summoning rituals.
The Phelps Ministry is the cult's public face — a functioning church that provides Kenneth with community authority, moral cover, and a physical structure built directly above the temple entrance. Every Sunday, parishioners sit in pews above a demon's nest and listen to a man who scarred a child's face preach about righteousness. The church was constructed in 1703 specifically to conceal the temple entrance, making it one of the oldest structures in Nockfell and one of the cult's most important assets. Underground passages connect it to the temple beneath Addison Apartments.
A small-town church with a steeple, dark wood pews, and stained glass windows depicting scenes that look biblical at first glance but contain subtle wrongness on closer inspection. The interior is maintained to the point of severity — everything polished, everything in its place, everything controlled. Beneath the sanctuary, hidden stairs descend to the temple.
