Terrence Addison built and owned the apartment building that bears his family name, but he has been more prisoner than landlord for most of his existence. Possessed since childhood by the Endless One — a manifestation connected to the Red-Eyed Demon — he has served as a biological anchor point for the demonic presence in Nockfell. He never leaves his room because he physically can't — the growth has fused him to the architecture. Residents know him as an eccentric recluse. The truth is far worse. When Sal finally reaches Terrence in the otherworld, what remains of the man inside the growth tells Sal the terrible truth: every resident is infected, and the only way to stop the spread is to kill them all.
An ancient-looking figure entombed in organic growth — fleshy green mass has consumed most of his body, merging him with the walls of his apartment. His original form is barely visible beneath the parasitic tissue. In the otherworld, his true form as the Endless One is monstrous, a fusion of human and something that predates human understanding.
