The ancient seer whose prophecy founded the Devourers of God — a member of the Grey Tribe who foresaw the Child of the Abomination and set in motion a cult that would endure for centuries.
Citlali Grey spoke the Final Prophecy in 1663, and a faction of the Grey Tribe formed around her words, becoming the Devourers of God. Everything — the cult, Kenneth's fanaticism, the 1984 mass murder, Sal's scarred face, the infected building — traces back to her vision. Whether Citlali intended her prophecy to create a cult of demon-worshippers is unknown. Prophecies in Sally Face's world are ambiguous by nature — the cult interpreted her words in the way that served their hunger for power, which may or may not have been what she foresaw.
Depicted in game lore as a Native American woman of the Grey Tribe, draped in ceremonial garb. Her eyes are described as seeing beyond the physical world. She exists primarily in historical accounts and prophecy texts rather than as a present character.
