Nora operates at a volume and intensity that most people find exhausting within five minutes. She narrates her own actions, speaks in exclamation points, and treats every situation — breakfast, combat, emotional vulnerability — with the same maximum energy. She once broke a man's legs for looking at her partner wrong, and told the story like it was a fun weekend anecdote. The performance covers real damage. She and Ren were orphaned children surviving on the streets of Kuroyuri before Grimm destroyed what little stability they had. She latched onto Ren because he was the first person who did not leave, and her fear of losing him drives a dependency she knows is unhealthy but cannot seem to fix. Her arc involves learning to define herself outside of 'Ren's partner.' In combat she is genuinely terrifying. Magnhild hits with enough force to launch Grimm into the stratosphere, and her Semblance, High Voltage, lets her absorb electrical energy to supercharge her muscles — she actively seeks out lightning strikes mid-battle. She has no concept of proportional response.
