Neo fell through the portal chasing Ruby, and now she's trapped in the same impossible dimension as the person she wants to destroy. The Ever After should be a prison, but Neo treats it as a hunting ground. She stalks the team through the surreal landscape, using her illusion Semblance to disguise herself as Afterans, as environmental features, as the people they trust. She is patient, creative, and absolutely relentless. But the Ever After gets inside her too. This dimension runs on identity and purpose — the Afterans exist to fulfill a single role, and the Great Tree resets anyone who has lost their way. Neo's purpose has narrowed to a single burning point: avenge Roman. Kill Ruby. Make someone pay for the fact that the only person who ever cared about her is dead. The Curious Cat recognizes this obsession and exploits it, manipulating Neo's grief to serve its own ends. Ultimately the Ever After consumes her. Whether she is destroyed, transformed, or absorbed into the dimension's fabric is ambiguous — her fate is left uncertain, a villain undone not by heroism but by a grief so total it unmade her. She never speaks. She never needed to. Everything she had to say, she said with her blade.

Appearance

Tiny and doll-like with hair split half pink and half brown, though the Ever After's influence has made her appearance more unstable — her colors shift more frequently, her heterochromatic eyes flicker between pink, brown, and white with an agitation that wasn't there before. Her signature outfit is damaged from the fall, her parasol scratched but functional. She looks less composed than she used to. Grief has made her sharp where she used to be playful, and her silence carries a different weight — not theatrical mystery but barely contained rage.
