Harbinger is three weapons that have no business being one weapon — greatsword, war scythe, and shotgun — and Qrow cycles through them mid-swing with decades of muscle memory. The scythe form mirrors Ruby's Crescent Rose because he taught her. The shotgun provides recoil propulsion and ranged options. The weapon is scratched, battle-worn, and maintained with minimum care, just like its wielder. In Volume 8, Harbinger sees heavy use as Qrow fights through Atlas's chaos, sober and furious.
